nice and bright in the subway! I've only seen them in movies and TVs. I pictured it being not so clean and dim. thanks for sharing a side of New York I've never seen. Course I was there only once, a senior trip at our high school.

Never been on the NY subway...must remedy that! We did use the tube a lot when we visited London...and loved reading all the signs .

Transit company are always looking for extra cash to keep the systems running. Selling advertising space is one them.
